The FHRB Scientific Advisory Board reviews each application. All applicants must present an approval from an ethics committee as a part of their application.
Accepted applications will be charged a submission fee to cover the costs of the application process. Invoices are prepared quarterly and the submission fee will be included in the first invoice.
