Prior to taking any samples, a nurse, a study nurse or a doctor reviews the information sheet and consent form with the patient and answers any questions the patient may have. Once the consent has been signed, data may be saved in the registry and the biobank samples may be taken. The patient receives a copy of the consent form, and the original consent form is retained by the biobank.
